If I am able, I'd like to give 6 stars to Tommy in all categories. We are in CA and wanted to buy a house in Vegas area for investment property, that can possibly be our retirement home years later. He responded my initial request for info over Zillow in 2 mins. From there, we started phone conversations and emails and within a few weeks we flew in to look at a few properties. Up until then he demonstrated his knowledge of the area and what to look for in a good investment property here. Per his recommendation we put in an offer to a short sale property that we believe is the best candidate. He was right(we will get back to this) and this is when the real fun of home buying process begins. After a few weeks of slow-to-no progress from seller's side, all of a sudden things went into full swing. Because it's a short sale, it's a complicated process and often times we needed paperwork to go back and forth within a very short timeframe, and the sellers side is not the most organized bunch. Tommy and his team handled the process like a champ. He is responsive and always stayed on top of things no matter what day or time it is. When something needs attention he's on it. Mind you it's a short sale and we can't meet face to face. Ultimately at the end, he and his team saved us from another costly mistake from the seller's side that could results in another few weeks of delay. And also his solution helped us saved yet another few thousand dollars on the mortgage. Overall it was a very complicated home buying process, but Tommy handled everything perfectly and we couldn't be happier. Back to the property, he was absolutely right. The house needed minimal work to be rent ready, and they found us a tenant within a week, and he moved in by the third week. It's rented for slightly above market, and the first month rent was enough to cover all the repairing and cleaning cost. We are already cash positive on the first month! We are absolutely thrilled that the whole process turned out very well. Tommy deserved more than 5 stars
